When I first got my Mooncup I was very nervous and really not sure if I'd done the right thing but I was determined to give it a go.  The first time I inserted it I found it quite awkward but by the time I'd inserted it 3 or 4 times I had the knack and there were no problems. 

 

To start with I was slightly nervous of it leaking but soon realised that was not going to happen.  Additionally it was not as messy as I thought it would be - it is no more messy than using a tampon.  To be able to see your monthly bleed in its raw form is very liberating.  That may sound a strange thing to say but my period became less of a chore and something that I understood more and more.  I would recommend Mooncup to every menstruating woman I know.

Wow, I am beyond impressed!  I started using it on Sunday Night.  To be honest, I braced myself, and though it was going to be a mission to get it in, and get it right, etc. etc.  But it was so easy!

 

I find the Mooncup to be MUCH more hygienic than tampons.  I feel clean & fresh all day long - and never have to worry about leakage or odour again!  Another big bonus is that you do not need to worry about it all day long like with tampons.  Changing tampons in public toilets was always horrible to me, and that's now not a problem anymore

 

Thank you so much for a wonderful product.  I'm over the Moon!  I won't be exaggerating when I say it changed my life!

I started using the Mooncup over a year ago and will never look back!  I used to suffer from constant infections with tampons and I really didn’t like using sanitary pads.  Well, thanks to Mooncup no more infections.

 

Initially, I thought it looks so big!  But the silicone is so soft it would fit anyone.  It took me a few times to get used inserting it but now it’s just like wearing a tampon – you don’t even feel it there.

 

The best of all – no leaking! I can wear my pretty undies without worrying they’ll get messed up.

I have been using the mooncup for 4 months now. I was "grossed out" by the concept at first too but once you get used to the way it is inserted and the knack for getting it out just right you almost never come in contact with blood at all.  It is so easy to use, you don't feel it and you change it a LOT less than a tampon. I am a pretty heavy bleeder and I used to change tampons 6-7 times a day. I empty my Mooncup once before work and then when I get home again. It's so nice! I absolutely love it, oh and I no longer get cramps. I used to get terrible cramps and now I think they were tampon related.

Hi there!

I'm officially a Mooncup Fanatic!!!  It is very practical, and much easier to use than I anticipated. When wearing it I feel much more hygienic, clean and odour free than with tampons or sanitary pads.  Not having to change it as often as tampons is also a big bonus, as you needn’t worry about changing tampons or pads in public toilets – I used to hate that. I'll never look back.
